Very easy to do this. The price was way better than where I was paying elsewhere. Danny couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful in getting this done quickly.

There was a miscommunication issue at first, but in the end it was handled fairly by Jake Greenfield. The only complaint that I would have would be with CS Associate Xavier Garrier. If he would have done a little more research into the matter, I would have no complaints. Maybe he was too busy that day to put the effort into his job. Jake as well as Courtney Tannenbaum were wonderful as they resolved the issue fairly .

I've been with Pie Insurance for several years now and recently had the pleasure of dealing with Eldin on my workers comp audit. Eldin went above and beyond to handle the concerns I had towards my audit and resolved them in a very timely manner. Having Eldin on your team makes me feel I'm making the right decision using Pie Insurance for my workers comp needs. He is truly an asset for your company.

I am an insurance agent that placed a client with Sirius/Pie Insurance last year. An audit was recently performed, and without warning or documentation on the audit results, Pie withdrew over $14,000 from my client's checking account. BEWARE of this company! Many attempts to get this rectified have proven they do not care about their clients. I will never use this carrier again.

Hi Michelle, a member of our team reached out to discuss your concerns, and provided the next steps concerning your client's audit. Please don't hesitate to give us a call with any additional questions throughout the remainder of this process!
