Sorry! This software does not work You lose hours to repeat the same operations over and over again that he does not memorize. In the first video I was able to make I don't know by what miracle I lost two days.The second video I lost EVERYTHING.Interactions with other software,paying for it,and work on their software ALL gone down the drain. They replied that they had the best Engineers...Congratulations,at least the humility to admit that this with this program does not work. I have experience in videoedting,never seen ANYTHING Worse.Mine is an HONEST judgment what they did not do.

Pictory is a great tool for fast video creation. The AI has good suggestions for video clips based on the video transcript. Also, the tech support have been very helpful in taking suggestions and assisting.

The user friendly interface along with the text to videos feature, subtitles on videos and voice autosync option where recorded voice overs can be easily synced to the entire video makes Pictory Ai one complete package and one of the best options out there along with all of its other available features. As an improvement would like to see in the visual library section when a particular video or image is searched for the keywords of that particular video or image been displayed along with that video or image so that you know exactly what that video or image is all about. Customer support is fantastic with quick response time to solve your quarries. overall Pictory.ai is a great online AI tool to produce high quality videos with speed.

These are the biggest scammers on the internet at the moment. They entice people with attractive reels and the product is really bad which does not do its job. I paid them $23 and the very next day realized its not worth my money. they have a 15 day money back guarantee but guess what. After multiple emails they agreed for a refund and then just sent me a fake receipt with nothing coming back in my bank account. Guess how I know its fake. They said they initiated the refund on 1st July 2023 and the date on the fake receipt is 30th June 2023. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Service was OK, had a subscription for a couple of months, but what I must say is even when you've stopped your subscription you should be mindful that they put you onto some weird $1 a month thing where they keep taking that each month. I've realised now and cancelled it, but that is a very sneaky way to continue to take money from people without them realising. Makes them untrustworthy in my book. Also very interesting that I've had fraud on my card and I've only used it for 3 companies since I had this bank account.

You pay premium price and get free features. $23 a month, if you are just wanting faceless videos made from blog posts it is probably worth it, but as soon as you try doing other things you will be sorry you didn't cancel your subscription instead of upgrading.

This is basically an early beta release that's being sold as a finished product. While it is usable for some tasks, it's extremely clunky and has numerous issues that make the program difficult to work with. The user interface is a constant source of annoyance as it's continuously freezing up or not responding. I like the idea behind Pictory.ai a lot, it's just a shame the execution is so poor. Support is responsive but unfortunately not helpful in getting the actual issues resolved. Overall this software was a really frustrating experience and I cannot recommend it.
