Pictory.aiReviews of pictory.ai

It's ALMOST great but where it lacks it REALLY lacks, making it (IMHO) not at all worth the price. Yes it's AI and you can put together the video faster than ever. And what you can do is amazing....but then the glitching happens without any logic or reason. Lengths of videos arbitrarily shorten or lengthen. One inadvertent slight of your hand and your back at the starting page. Accidentally click the wrong button and all your text is changed...and while you were fixing the text the length of the scenes arbitrarily changed again. Search through the very poorly codified archive of music, add a music...oops all your scene times changed again. All of the time I saved in putting the video together, I wasted in battling with the glitchiness of the app. If they can refine it, it will be fabulous. But right now I wouldn't invest a dime past the 3 video free trial. Canva is better.

The platform works great and their customer service is top notch! I especially love the text to video feature!

Among all the similar websites, Picstory offers the best features and operates at a high speed, allowing us to save a lot of time. I especially recommend this website.

I've tried most AI video generators and Pictory is one of the best. However, there support is terrible. I've submitted 3 trouble tickets and none of them have been answered.

Similar to other user's experience, they advertise a free trial with no credit card needed. However, the first screen that pops up is a request for credit card info (First red flag, not truthful and false advertsing). There aren't any directions provided on how to cancel any subscription either just to give peace of mind ( Second red flag). I proceeded to sign up with a card to test out the Pictory. However, even after providing credit card details, it asks you for details again when you try logging on (Third red flag). I'd advise a hard pass on this one.

Working with marketing and heard about Pictory in a Ai podcast, so wanted to give it a try, now that it said free "free trial, No Credit Card Required". But its apparently not true, as i signed in with google, and the first thing that meets me, is a prompt that says "we need to verify your credit card in order to start your free trial". Normally i would gladly do so, but not when i was just promised otherwise. As it just seems like a cheap way lure in people for paid subscription it looks desperate to me and i lose all interest.
