I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. it’s definitely not the impression we want to leave. when you upgrade to a paid plan, the free trial ends immediately since the account moves out of trial mode. That said, I’ll definitely take your feedback into consideration, as we’re always looking for ways to make this process clearer and fairer. Regarding voiceovers, access to certain voices does depend on the plan, but you should never feel like features are being taken away without warning.
