If you have any issues with PicMonkey, here is what you can expect based on my experience: they are honest, helpful, fair, and very prompt in their responses. You can understand the e-mail (aka it is written with good English), and feel that they really try to understand your situation. I highly recommend working with the company, for their great customer service!

I can't believe this website isn't more popular yet. Really easy photo editing that doesn't require any downloading software. An Adobe pro would probably not be impressed by this, but I'd say it's functionality is right between Microsoft Paint and Photoshop. Very useful, lots of creative features, but not at all complex. The average person can use this, and I'm an average kind of lady, it's perfect for me. Finally, their monthly fee for premium membership is perfectly reasonable. Will keep using them for surezies.
