Hey Tom, Thanks for your feedback on PicMonkey! We're working on a major update to our editor which addresses our User Interface and tool layouts. That should be released in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for that! As far as our automated billing processes, I'm sorry you feel that we utilize dirty tricks! Rest assured, we try to be as transparent as possible with users through the entire trial process on what they will be billed, and when they will be billed. All users who start a free trial of PicMonkey can cancel at anytime during their seven day free trial and still retain access to paid features for the remainder of their trial time. However, we understand that sometimes even with our best efforts, things can be missed or misunderstood.
