Pickup MusicReviews of pickupmusic.com

I love being a member of Pickup Music and having access to their community based content is invaluable. The 5 minute lessons and Song Squads are my go to when I need something to perk up my practice or to get me inspired to play. I also really like that you get a direct insight into artists styles and methods. Check out Ariel Posen's lessons for an insight into his unique sound and improvisation techniques.

Can't say enough about Pickup Music. I've been a member for over a year and have made huge strides in my playing. Tons of lessons, various styles and very digestible formats. And it's super cheap compared to other lesson subscriptions. What else could you ask for?!

I have been a member for quite some time and I must say that one of the great advantages of pickupmusic is the regular addition of new content. When I started, I found that the content was already of very good quality and well furnished for the price. The only downside was that I got lost in the beginning because there was no step-by-step guide. Lately, with the arrival of bootcamps, I am really satisfied, they are absolutely brilliant step-by-step courses. Pickupmusic is different from other sites where they sell us packs of licks. Here you really learn your instruments (again I'm referring to the bootcamp). Even though pickupmusic is less genre oriented than the basic educational content, I would be happy to see some rock/metal stuff :-) Long life pickupmusic !

I've been on this site for over a year now and even though I haven't taken advantage of all the material they offer, I really enjoy what they offer. Pickup Music has tips, lessons, tutorials, challenges and much more to help you become the best guitar player you can be. Each week they offer something different to their library of lessons, and you can learn at your own pace. I think it's well worth the small price to become a member.

Sam and the Staff at Pickup Music have done a great job creating an easy to use interface for musicians of all levels to use. The content can be as easy as a quick tip or as complex as a "Master" class, which offers the user the ability to dive deeper in musical theory and disciplines. I highly recommend you subscribe to this valuable resource !

This has been a a great online resource and I’ve subscribed since mid2019. I’ve learned tidbits here and there that I still use whenever I’m noodling around on the guitar. Admittedly there are many modules that I haven’t got into (due to difficulty and wavering motivation), but there has always been a supportive, helpful approach, so you never feel like you’ll never improve. The shortness of each video makes it more manageable. The graphics and quality are brilliant and definitely better than randomly going through Youtube for tutorials. The one thing left on my part is to do what the title says and ‘pick up’ the instrument to make incremental improvements. Highly recommend.

Great place to study guitar. Always enjoy to play songsquad.

Simply the best way to advance on guitar online. I love the variety of teachers and styles.
