Pickup MusicReviews of pickupmusic.com

Pickup music is amazing! I recently did their country guitar bootcamp, and wow. It took my playing to a whole new level. I majored in music in college and studied jazz guitar, so I could already play guitar quite well, but this taught me so much and the day before I finished this course I got called for my first country gig! I’m beyond excited for the future. Pickup music is amazing. I’ve been teaching guitar for years myself and I admit that pickup music is the best place to learn guitar. Hands down.

I did the free trial, and was hooked immediately. While there is probably some great beginner stuff on here, I have been playing guitar for years without much progress. I can honestly say that after only a month of daily practice, my playing has jumped years in progress. From dancing around the fretboard to fingerpicking patterns on colorful chords- this is THE guitar site to be on now (and I am a current member of two other ones). If you know bar chords and the pentatonic scale and have just plateaued- this site is magic and I think unmatched.

Pickup music is an incredible resource! As a composer and multi-instrumentalist I'm always looking for great affordable options for online music lessons and this site is one of the best I've found. It covers both beginner and advanced material and is organized in a clean and concise way. Its definitely a great way to take your guitar playing to the next level. Highly suggested!

I have tried a few apps, books, random youtube channels, and other video sites and none come close to Pickup Music. I was struggling to find some direction and was not getting any better at guitar. Luckily I came across Pickup Music and within a few days, I feel like I saw some great improvements and now I have a clear path to getting better. No more random youtube videos where I find pieces of the puzzle but don't learn how to see the big picture. The site is put together very well and is easy to navigate. The teachers are amazing musicians and cover a wide variety of genres. This is easily the best learning tool when it comes to guitar. On top of that their support is great and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

It’s an one of a kind Platform and the players/courses are always excellent. This platform and everything linked to it is important for the whole (music) scene and I am sure it inspired a lot of players to strive for mastery. Using it since more than one year and will definitely use it many more times. You‘ll find courses for any level and for a lot of different playing styles, so you surely going to find smth that will help you improve. Can only recommend. Kind greetings from Germany !

Absolutely fantastic. Broke me out of a major slump/rut. Awesome value for money and quality of classes. There’s something for everyone at PickUp Music!

One of the best guitar tutorial website available. Pickup music is original and you are not brainwashed to play other artists songs and the lessons help you to learn and develop your own personal style . I’ve been using it for two years and I am still learning new styles of guitar playing. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've always wanted to creatively express myself through an instrument. Even though I love the guitar, the fretboard never made much sense. Throughout the years, I've learned to play a few songs, learned some chords, some scales, and maybe a few licks. Even so, the guitar never clicked. This time, I decided to check out the CAGED system. I came across an introduction on YouTube taught by Dr. Molly Miller. Joining Pickup Music was a no-brainer after that. I'm over halfway through the CAGED masterclass and have learned more than I have ever anticipated. I'm enjoying playing guitar more than I ever have before. I'm truly grateful for the amazing content that Pickup Music puts out at a fraction of a fraction of what it would cost for lessons.
