Pickup MusicReviews of pickupmusic.com

For the past two years I have been exploring the fascinating world of guitar music on pickupmusic.com. This platform has not only transformed my musical skills, but has also taken my learning process to a whole new level. With quality content, interactive learning methods and a vibrant community, pickupmusic.com is an indispensable resource for guitar enthusiasts.

After going back and forth between online platforms and 1:1 guitar classes I finally ended up at pickup music. The well structured content along with a focus on intermediate content makes it a perfect match. The jam along sessions and amazing teachers make it well worth the money. Fun and rewarding!

This online platform tailors its guidance to every skill level, offering a uniquely personal experience. With excellent instruction, an intuitive interface, and a supportive community, Pickupmusic has become an essential part of my musical growth.

the things they put up is just amazing. its very easy to understand and there's a straight forward pathway that they guide you through with help along the way. the best part is the community. there's live sessions with zoom, giveaways and most of all; feedback. you can record yourself play the things you learn and get personalized feedback. there's not a lot of places if any that do that. ive recommended pickup music to a friend and now writing a review. that says a lot coming from me at least.

So far my experience has been really positive and engaging. I love the fact that everything is accessed on a single portal, I can't stand when I have to download backing tracks, tabs etc or be taken to different browsers. The instructors have been excellent and even the backing tracks sound amazing and it makes it more enjoyable when you're jamming along. I'm doing the intermediate level pathway and it's been challenging so far which is what I was after.

The instruction is great. There is a lesson for any mood that I am feeling. Fingerstyle, tapping, classic technique. Videos are fun and have exercises that really help find ways to implement the things you are learning. PickUpMusic and that glorious Brit Justin, are responsible for more of my guitar playing than I could ever thank them for. Plus, the MasterClasses from Plini, Sarah Longfield, and Manuel Gardner Fernandes are worth the money in itself. Pickup is worth checking out.

I did a free trial and really enjoyed it. I love the interface and content, a lot. It's just difficult for me to spend as much time practicing as I'd like. For this reason, I don't think I'd be able to get my money's worth out of a paid subscription. That's why I recommend for them to offer a lifetime membership at a good price point. Nonetheless, Pickup Music seems to be the online guitar instructions website that appeals to me, most. Who knows, maybe they'll have a Black Friday deal that will entice me to subscribe for a year.

This site deserves a glowing review, that frankly I'm not equipped to write but, I'll try by starting with what I've shared on the member's community forum. "Anyone else amazed at the value for money with this site? For less than half the price of an in-person lesson per month, I've been able to learn things that I haven't been able to grasp for the past 11 years of playing! All of the teachers are world-class, and explain things in such simple ways too!" There's so much you can get from Pickup Music, all it takes is a little dedication and the desire to learn. It has a wide range of resources to help you become the best musician you can be. As you progress through pathways, you have the opportunity to submit videos of playthroughs for feedback, and the feedback they give is invaluable. Seriously, I wish I'd found this sooner.
