I’m new to pickup. I consider myself late beginner/intermediate(sometime🙃)… I tried some online learning guitar lessons sites. They are good… but I discovered Pickup!! Tried and stay! This is what I really want/need, a really structured approach! For what I see now, I’m totally satisfied. I pay a little more here but it totally worth it. Go try it if your not sure like I was….

I am really enjoying the courses so far! They are laid out really well, guide you step by step according to your level, have great documentation that also help you visualize what you're learning, and the instructors have a great energy and are professional. The membership grants access to many different classes. There is so much to learn. For an online option, really well done!

That was really awesome! It took the scale pattern that I have been playing my whole life and showed me how to properly use it! Fantastic course!

Have enjoyed learning through CAGED system. I took a few weeks out and had an email asking if my practice was going OK as I hadn't been online. I outlined my problems and was sent very quickly a videoed email from a tutor about what I could do. Firstly I so appreciated that someone was there to listen to, through that I didn't feel so overwhelmed and allowed me to regain confidence in my playing. Secondly, I would highly recommend these guys. I've used other online guitar sites, but I feel they go the extra mile for you here! Thank you!!

Bought my electric guitar back in 2022 and limited myself to learning solo's off youtube without any further prospect of understanding and learning the guitar better. After revising the knowledge I already had with playing acoustic guitar (basic chords, some fingerstyle song, and fundamentals such as how to hold guitar etc) the Caged system beginner pathway opened my eyes to unlocking the full potential off the guitar. I leveled up my guitar playing skills for the electric guitar immensely in a few months, understanding which parts of the fretboard belong together and why, being able to solo over backing tracks in a variety of keys, and learn songs that utilize this knowledge relative to your level. Cheap according to any standard of guitar courses as substantive as this one, I can't recommend pickupguitar enough

I'm very impressed by their comprehensive journey through the caged system that is ideal for: navigating the neck, the major and pentatonic scales, major chords, numbering, and in general the foundation for guitar. It's modular approach and system design balances flexibility to explore at your pace or bookmark to go back, while being thorough enough to walk you through the specifics and incorporate effective drills to make the knowledge stick. I haven't found anything that compares and I wish I had found this decades ago.

If you're looking to add to your guitar skills in a structured way, Pickup is the perfect way to do it. They help breakdown skills into digestible, short form lessons that are well thought out and well taught. I've definitely improved my skills and learned a ton since I started a few months ago.

I’m loving the CAGED pathway. I rushed through the earlier version of CAGED, but now I’m taking my time and really learning a lot. I like the PDF’s as they allow me to study and internalize the patterns when I’m away from my guitar. The lessons are great, loving the jams and I can feel my soloing ability increasing. Whenever someone asks the best way to learn guitar I say PickupMusic!
