Do not fall for the ads you see. Without really being clear, they have you sign up for an annual subscription AND a monthly subscription. When I realized that I called to cancel and they apparently only canceled the yearly subscription. It want until months later that I realized the monthly charges were still happening and I had now paid over $200 to a company that I had completely forgotten about. They don’t even send an email reminding you if your monthly charge like most subscriptions do. When I called they would only refund one month. When I emailed about how upsetting this is they DIDNT EVEN RESPOND to my email!

Do not use this group. I've never been treated so poorly in my life by their billing and shipping. I never received even the first set of books they CLAIMED they sent. The billing person was threatiningand wouldn't let me get a word in. I paid 20.00 initially supposed ly for the postage on books I never received only to find that they'd planned on automatically charging my credit card $70.00 per month indefinitely. I was NEVER made aware nor did I agree to this charge! SCAM ALERT !!!!! Ive caulked up the 20 dollars to a lesson learned and notified my credit card of the scam!!! Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't fall for their SCAM.

Scott in the Customer service/billing department is the RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTIEST representative I have ever dealt with. They are not an honest company.

I paid shipping for three free piano books which I never received. My card was hit the next month for a monthly subscription. When I called the number on the credit card charge I was sent to billing and a very rude billing specialist named Scott verified my address and rudely said I did receive the books. And since I didn’t respond they “assumed” I wanted to join their academy. After a verbal confrontation telling me that I was rude he did agree to cancel and return the charge but not the shipping charges from books I never received. I caution anyone to work with this company!

I wasn’t aware that I had been signed up for continuous membership. After I was billed 35.00 the next month, I called and got a man who got upset with me for asking why I was charged 35.00, repeating that he explained it to me 3 times, that he gave me a free month of lessons, which I never used, and so I cancelled my membership. Beware of being scammed!

Piano By Pictures provides an alternative learning method to help beginning pianists play songs quickly. I was able to play songs much faster than traditional learning methods. The catalog of songs is large and many popular songs are available. I have enjoyed my PBP experience.

Scam hidden subsription when buying books. Why do businesses like this feel they have to sign you up automatically requiring a cancellation. Stay away.

Hidden subscription fees. Buyer Beware, Piano By Pictures uses unscrupulous methods to scam people into hidden subscription fees. I have tried to cancel for the past 7 months; I had to lock my credit card while they continued attempting to charge me every other week for $ 79.00. All I thought I was purchasing was a piano book that I could teach my grandchildren with. Please be aware when ordering anything from Piano By Pictures.
