You tell the dentist office over the…
You tell the dentist office over the phone that some is covered nearly 100%. Then we get a bill showing about 1/3 coverage.

No challenges to charges with timely…
No challenges to charges with timely payments to the health provider. Could improve the paperwork you send me showing charges and payments. As a customer it doesnt describe services performed. Just a bunch of codes.

Need to be flexible in usage policy
Need to be flexible in usage policy. My dentist want 3 visits a year and you only seem to pay for 2. Been a patient for 30+ years. Tend to follow dentis advice.
