PhysgunReviews of physgun.com

Physgun is excellent to work with. They respond quickly, constantly improve their features, and are quickly becoming the industry leader in performance and functionality.

Amazing experience. if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I submitted a ticket because I couldn't figure out why my game co-op save wasn't transferring over to a new dedicated server. Submitted a ticket on a Sunday afternoon and didn't expect an answer for a 'low grade' ticket, but 5 minutes later I received a response from Will. The problem did take a few hours to get fixed...HOWEVER it being on a Sunday and people out touching grass, I couldn't be happier with the response time and how my problem was handled. 10000/10 will continue to use Physgun for my current, and any future games I will be playing Thank you so much again Will!!

Our organization has rented from Physgun for a few years. In my opinion, Physgun has the best protection, quality and customer service in relation to the other hosting companies I have contracted with in the past. They are growing and decided to do what most have not and re-invest into their growth. This has led to new features and updates which helped our organization improve what we offer and grow. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Physgun has been hosting my Dedicated now for a little over 3 Months. The Experience has been great thus far, Uptime is incredible and the fast support times are always a life saver. I would highly recommend Physgun for any hosting needs!

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail both in Physgun's products/tooling and in their support. I've gotten all I could ask for and then some from the their team and I'm really looking forward to growing my community on their platform.

I was having issues with some people from certain ISP's not being able to connect to our IPs, after doing a MTR it turned out that their ISP was messing up the routing and failing at it. When i took contact up with physgun they went out of their way to email the ISP and got the issue resolved within 2 days! I don't think i've seen a provider ever do this kind of stuff before.

I have been using Physgun for a while now and consistently they improve the product for the end user and help provide support as fast as possible. Probably the best service provider for hosting in the world!

We've been using Physgun for half a year now and are extremely satisfied with both the service and support. We rent a dedicated machine and couldn't be happier. The support team always replies quickly and tries to resolve issues as soon as they arise. The service is actively growing, and they are constantly adding new features. The only thing missing right now is a server location in Eastern Europe, such as Poland we're really looking forward to that!
