Cancelled my order, even though they have items in stock, terrible service. Does not honor the price they themselves offer.

Still have not received my order from April! Will never order from Photo Savings again. Horrible experience and super slow order processing.

I was sent a defective and opened item and was told by ghe warranty service the item they sent was not the latest model based on the serial number. I will never buy from this vendor again.

Honestly, this was my worst experience ordering online ever! When I first ordered I did not receive a tracking number, placed order on December 1st. So I called on the 9th. It had not been shipped, and seemed to just be lost in there system. The first person couldn't even find my order #, and I had to call back to get someone who fixed the problem. I Recieved my package on the 14th, and one lens was not included. Then I had to email pictures of the packages I recived and it took 3 days of phone calls and unanswered emails befor they finally sent me the missing lens. When I did talk to people they were friendly, but all the calls and emails I had to make just to get the product I paid for was crazy! I ordered on the 1st, they say to allow 5 days for shipping, and on the 20th my order is finally complete. I will never order from this company again. However the product is fine.

The quality of this microscope is terrible. I can’t use it at all.

Got the camera and put it on to nothing but blurry photos even with a tripod. Worst lens and worst site to get things from
