Preserving treasures for the future
As a genealogist/history student I’m very concerned about a number of collections of old photos, letters, documents inherited from our ancestors, and how best to preserve them for future people to examine. Capturing these on Photomyne has been a very helpful resource, and is so simple to use. I look forward to continuing to use and enjoy the features available to preserve our history and heritage.

Photomyne a great way to save memories.
Have used Photomyne for several years and found it works very well for me. The app is so easy to use, the copying of photographs and organising them into folders so quick and to access and share them is so helpful.

Photomyne was very helpful for an ancestry project
I saw information about Photomyne on social media and decided to give it a try for a family ancestry project I was making. It worked very well! The photos digitalized with quality much better than I expected. When I printed them, they held up fairly well. A little fuzzy, but I think that was more due to "user error" than the application's technology.

So far I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app
So far I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I paid for a year because in testing it I liked it so much. I Like that it touches up old phots as soon as scanned. You can choose to keep it or try again. I really love the “restore” function. I have old photos of both mine and my husband’s families and many or not in good shape. Using the restore function made some of the photos outstanding, almost like “new” old phots. I got something like 20 free credits, 1 credit per “restore,” and I can purchase more. I tell you, I don’t care about much in my house, as far as stuff goes, but my photos are almost everything. I’m grateful for this app and the restore feature. Makes my life easier in this regard.

Cancellation Refund Issues
I had a trial that ended on February 18, 2026, and they charged my card for a year, for $59.99, starting February 19, 2026. I had requested to cancel on February 18, so I wouldn't use the service starting Feb 19, and instead of crediting back my account, they keep sending me emails on how to cancel! I've emailed them about 5 times already. Update: I changed rating to a 5 star, due to the company responding and taking care of the issue.
