I liked the ease of scanning all of my photos but I didn't like paying $99 to then discover I can't use 90% of the advertised features without paying more. Very disappointed 😞
Response from photomyne.comOct 25, 2026
Hi Lynda, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the separate pricing for some optional AI features wasn’t clear and left you feeling disappointed, especially after paying for a membership. Your membership includes Photomyne’s core scanning and enhancement tools, while AI Restore and Magic Motion are optional beta features with a separate cost; please email [email protected] and mention your review so we can look into your concerns.

My children will thank you!!! 54 photo albums containing my entire life memories, including their lives. This easy to use application has solved the storage problem and the answer to how I preserve some of the special moments in their lives. Photocopy each page, tear out what is useable and divvy to each child. DONE! Now to the trash, and I don't feel any remorse.

the app is amazing and the scanning process really straight forward. I have scanned a lot of Albums so far but not used the many processing options so far. You need to be careful if you want to produce individual digital albums that you save when finished so that you can start a new album or all of your ongoing pictures may continue in the existing album. Customer service has been really excellent and I feel confident that help will be available if I have problems with ongoing processing. 4 stars is only because I have yet to try out all of the processing tools.
