Great for digitising photos, negatives and slides.
I have had this app for some time now, and have used it to digitise not only photos, but negatives and slides as well, as part of a project to archive and organise a whole load of old family photos. Of course there are always features that could be improved, such as a better way to share photos with family - there used to be a sister app to the the Photomyne app that allowed you to do this, but support for this was withdrawn. But the product has evolved and hopefully the photo sharing facilities will become better. But all in all, it's a great way to digitise and edit old photos.

Photomyne had given me a way to preserve our photos
Photomyne had given me a way to preserve our family photos and share with family in a digital format. The scanning quality has gotten better over the years and so has my technique! Thank you for this opportunity. Sharon

Saving emeries that would otherwise be lost
I really enjoy being able to scan our memories. The most important for our family is my mother’s memories, she is 93 and has thousands of photos to be saved, it is lovely to share them with her. I enjoy the fact of being able to put the photos into their own albums. Thank you photomyne.

I like it
I've been using Photomyne to scan scrapbook pages with multiple images on a page. While it occasionally splits one image into two, the app is generally good. I just need to hone my lighting skills to ensure I get the best result. Support is good. Ask a question, and they get right back to you.

Very useful App
I have slowly been working through all my old family photographs and slides, I have found the app easy to use and has enables precious family photos to be shared amongst my family. I have one less star because it has now become much more expensive to have the app, whereas initially you could pay for five years now it is yearly.

It was great to repair old family…
It was great to repair old family photos. And then add colour to them. It’s also great to put a collect of images into an album and be able to add text to each image.

I really love Photomyne - BUT…
I really love Photomyne! I have scanned and saved many photos, used the ai restore and plan to continue using it. My one HUGE disappointment is the discontinuation of the Photomyne share app. My family does not scan, or copy photos - but I used to be able to share a family archive easily. Now it is difficult and frustrating. Please bring back a way to share easily so my octogenarian family can relive memories.

In our pursuit to downsize and move…
In our pursuit to downsize and move from our home of 27 years we had compiled a large collection of albums that we did not to transport to our new home. Photomyne gave us to ability to quickly and easily digitize our family pictures allowing us to decrease our album selection to the select few that we really wanted to keep. Photomyne’s intuitive and logical layout made it very easy to compile organize and digital our pictures. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to scan and store our family memories. It was well worth the investment for us.
