Scam: This Company Sent the Wrong Painting & Won't Correct It
If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a painting in mid-May as a Father's Day gift, and after much back-and-forth with the artist, I approved a painting of a photograph I'd sent them. (There was much back-and-forth because the artist refused to correct the items I requested, but finally he/she relented and appeared to make the corrections.) At last, the painting was sent and received the day before Father's Day. Unfortunately, when opened, it was the initial version of the painting which I'd already rejected. When I sent an email to Photo2painting requesting corrections, they said I would have to pay for another painting. This seems like such an obvious scam to get people to pay for two paintings because the artist either willfully or ignorantly messed up the order. I will never order anything from this company again and recommend that others do their homework before you fall for the same scam I did.

Hello, We're truly sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. We take every order seriously and always aim to deliver exactly what our clients approve. In your case, we made four rounds of modifications based on your feedback, and the final version was shipped only after your explicit approval. Our process is designed to ensure satisfaction, including unlimited digital and painted revisions, and the artist dedicated significant time and care to meeting your requests. We understand your frustration, but the painting you received matched the version you approved. While we regret that you're dissatisfied, we genuinely did everything possible to fulfill your vision.
