Beautiful watercolor! …
Beautiful watercolor of my clients home! However, I requested that it be signed by the artist and it is not signed.

Great online service for a quality…
Great online service for a quality painting. Only slight downfall was delayed delivery and lack of response when I emailed for an update. Thankfully it arrived eventually, and it amazing.

Photo was very good
Photo was very good, drawing i mean. Only problem was long shipping time.That could be improved on.

The painting is consistent with the…
The painting is consistent with the image sent to me, but the frame arrived broken. However, Photo2Painting immediately refunded me the cost of the frame so I could purchase a new one locally in time for Christmas.

Dear John, Unfortunately, there are occasional instances where carriers do not handle our fragile packages with the care they require, resulting in damage to framed items. While this is rare, it can sometimes happen despite our best efforts. Please send us photos of the damaged item you received, and we'll be happy to escalate the matter and assist you promptly.

Nice painting but left unsigned
The painting itself was very nice and I wish I could 4.5 stars. The issue I had was with the artist signature. I am not sure if it was me or the preview window but there was a section of the painting I could not see so I wasn't able to verify the signature. The painting arrived and it was unsigned. I would use this service again and would make sure to see the signature, if I asked for it, before approving the painting. Thank you...
