Disappointed - I purchased several items for my son for Christmas on November 29. Got the message that it was "on the way" on Dec 11. It is now Dec 22 and UPS still says "label created". I reached out to the company because these are Christmas presents for my son and they're not cheap. The response to my query was we're behind and I'm not the one who packages the orders so sorry can't really help you?? No info, the person, Diego, clearly didn't even check on my order to see what the hold up was or if it was going to move? Super disappointed.
