Delivery took a week.. Zip up is tight and choking in some areas, pants are thin, along with them being really loose around the waist

They still have nice designs but they're not what they used to be. They changed their manufacturer and it destroyed the quality of their items. It was once worth it, but now i cant see myself paying the absurd prices for these anymore

disappointed the shipping took too long and the quality wasnt as expected

The button on my phantom troupe jeans fell off immediately after I opened the package, I can't squeeze the button back on for whatever reason.

I love the brand ordered two times, the tax is pretty high but that’s because I am outside the US. First time was okay, quality was okay (Shirt) , second time i got the wrong stuff wrote an e-mail, multiple times on insta and never received a response. Dunno if that happens often but it happened to me so I won’t buy from there again (I waited long and also wanted to buy the product again because the product i received wasn’t bad it was just not what i ordered, but my product never got restocked so I am even more sad)
