Shereena, (tech support) was absolutely incredible with her support for the 2012 Ford F150 infotainment system upgrade. She was patient and knowledgeable. (I'm a pain in the a** to deal with at times with audio gear) She took the time over 2 different appointments to help answer the install issues I had and stereo set up. She alone made the experience worth the headaches I had.

The customer service and support was very good. I am enjoying the 13.6 unit and the technical support is excellent. Anne was especially helpful!

Costumer service when it comes to ordering is hit or miss but when you need tech support for installation support or help with the unit itself they are stellar. I had a couple operational issues after install and contacted tech support and was squared away in no time. I love the head unit!
