The technician that assisted me was very knowledgable and had a pretty good idea of what was happening. They then proposed a solution and will be sending me the correct files to get the unit back in order. The tech was also very patient as I fumbled around with Google Meet. My Radio had been down and not operational for almost a month spent about 10 hours trying to get it reset. Seemed like an easy operational issue however of the 6 appointments I had it was the same thing I’ll send you a file follow directions on YouTube and got to go bye after a 5 min conversation. However all directions and bideos sent never solved the problem so I was left trying to problem solve by myself and finally I had Gen call me and tell me she would stay on the phone with me until the problem was solved! I finally have my radio back because of Gen’s patience to actually solve the issue. Thank you so much Gen for finally getting my issue solved and actually making sure that Phoenix automotive actually follow true customer service ethics. Thanks Again Gen!!!
