If you want to get an awesome radio that looks like it came from the Factory you need to get a radio from Phoenix Automotive it's awesome now I have a Tesla side screen in my 2023 Nissan Titan there were some things that I had to learn how to operate but I was able to fix the logo and get it off so everything is great

Although my initial issues were not resolved and getting tech support on the phone was difficult, we got the issues worked out. Jao definitely went out of his way to help us get our customers radio installed and happy.

I have issues with the purchased of 13 Android 12.1 For Toyota Tacoma 2023 as soon as I contact the technician service department they are very professional and I am very thankful for the person name Coraima, she was very helpful guide us all the way through, and we be able to fix the problem with the radio. Thanks again. You did a good job.

One of the strongest after sale support team I have encountered. My unit not only provides typical Android Auto features, but also assumes control of many vehicle features, and has numerous tablet features, like video, apps, browser, etc. I have needed 3 Google Meet video calls to tech service. Each tech was very helpful, polite and patient, always expressing the goal to work with me until an issue was resolved. My only wish is the printed documentation pictures were bigger, and the system's unique Carlink method to connect first time to my cell was more clear...something like one big sheet of paper that said Before You Doing Anything, Do This Cell Phone Connection First. Jin was very helpful as was Katherine.

The radio unit is amazing, technical assistance was perfect, Jin knew exactly how to hook it all up, and walked me through the process in a few minutes. I highly recommend the company, its products, and customer service is outstanding
