Software issues. The CarPlay is terrible. Sirius radio doesn’t work with the system. Display is poor. The sound quality is not good - there is no high end at all. You cannot understand the customer service techs that are located in China. Horrible value for the money. Such a waste! Do not buy!

If I could give this company no stars I would. Even if you know what module to order for your vehicle their company will send you a thousand emails asking for make, model, and year. The chat is worthless and the AI bot keeps repeating the same answer. Calling their number on the website or email is answered by AI if they answer at all. Even when you send the information the AI bot keeps sending you emails asking for the same information. I placed my order on the 26th of May 26, and the module finally shipped after I replied to the repeating email from made up AI names from emails. I will post pictures when the module actually arrives. Terrible company and would not recommend using nor would I go back again!

I ordered a vertical screen for my truck because I liked the price and the features but since getting it I have had nothing but issues. I bought the radio about 4 months ago now and the first one's a/c controls went up leaving me without any a/c after two months. I contacted support and at first they were helpful but when the software solutions did not work, they started telling me to try the same things again. They started to respond less to emails so I had to reach out multiple times to get a response. After a month I finally recieved my replacement, this one is missing multiple applications including the apple carplay/android auto. I set up a tech support call to try and fix it but when I joined the call, no one from tech support ever showed up. I am still trying to fix this issue.

BUYER BEWARE! I was super excited to receive their replacement unit for my truck build. Unfortunately after I ordered, I was informed that new units take 1-2 weeks to deliver. Disappointed, I waited the two weeks and the unit still had not shipped. They were unable to provide tracking information or an expected ship date. This had me concerned about aftersale support, so I requested to cancel and refund my order. After numerous back and forth emails, they canceled my order. Unfortunately, no refund. When I asked them about it, they simply replied "your order has been canceled ". I have had to file a dispute with PayPal to receive my refund.

I've been waiting since around march 20th, its currently abril 30th and they keep telling me 2-3 more weeks and that they're going to "check with the shipping department to see progress" i don't want to cancel because i need this stereo soon but i dont really recommend this company to anyone. Their customer support is ok but they kept telling me the same thing every time i called. Its stressful man. And its a lot of money too.

Terrible tech support. Charged me $47.00 for a restocking fee. Never fixed the issues with the radio. Sold me a seven years old used model and promised me a discount for the downgraded version of the radio I ordered which never materialized. All around horrible customer service.

This is a junk Chinese radio, factory radio has better performance and features. They refuse to accept returns. You can fight with settings for hours and get no where. Buy a $75 Walmart radio you get better quality and they take returns.

This company is horrible. Brought a radio for almost a thousand dollars and been giving me issues. After 2 months of going back and fourth then send me a replacement for a deposit price of 600. Get the radio and its the wrong one. Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they say the person will call been waiting for days and still no call. I call back all the time and get the same answer about someone calling me back. Do not buy. They rob you for your money
