You will pay but it doesn't mean you will get the radio? RADIO ARRIVED Nov 29 and I must admit was worth the wait, this unit is fabulous!

If i could give zero stars i would. Placed and paid for a $900 order back in June 2021. As of this posting Nov 2022 still don’t have my unit after multiple emails from Phoenix stating 1-2 more weeks since December of last year. Finally today went to a local aftermarket audio shop in Vegas and got the same if not similar 12.1” screen for my 2020 F-350 at $813.00 installed. Scammers is all these guys are and i will be reporting to PayPal if i don’t get my refund.

AVOID AT ALL COST, I placed an order for a radio with Apple CarPlay for my 2016 Nissan Titan XD advertised as “Open box”, at a cost of $592.96. It showed in stock and no indication that it was not. Phoenix Automotive took my money then 4 or 5 days later they contacted me letting me know that the radio I ordered is no longer in stock and that if I wanted a radio I can purchase a new one - BUT I would have to pay more for it. This is typical of a "Bait and switch" tactic - “Bait and switch” advertising is grounds for an action of common-law fraud, unjust enrichment, and sometimes breach of contract. A “bait and switch” is also a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. The communication with phoenix automotive is close to zero - I waited over a week for someone to NOT answer my e-mails or text messages. I am going to file a BBB complaint. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED THE SAME RADIO EVEN IF IT WAS NEW AT THE SAME PRICE BUT THEY WILL NOT RESPND TO MY EMAILS. They only respond with a cookie cutter email response. Same response they sent when I originally placed purchase for the open box Radio with Apple CarPlay included.

Stole my money never received the product and spent over $800 also nevr got my money back

AVOID AT ALL COST, I placed an order for a radio, it was the lower version for an infiniti at about $650. It showed in stock and no indication that it was not. Phoenix Automotive took my money then 4 or 5 days later they contacted me letting me know that the radio I ordered is no longer in stock and that if I wanted a radio they would send me the next one up - BUT I would have to pay more for it. I filed a BBB complaint and they responded that they would refund my money immediately. That was also a lie, it took two days for them to answer my request for a refund.

Ordered a radio over 3 weeks ago, they will not send tracking, will not answer when I ask for tracking. They just keep responding asking me to buy the upgraded model that isn't even out yet. Company is clearly a scam and I will dispute with my credit card.

If i could take stars away from this company, it still wouldn’t be low enough. I purchased a 13” sc7862 for my Tundra. Installed it the day it arrived and immediately had issues with them sending wrong passcodes, some of the can bus features not communicating and the APN settings for the sim card can not be modified and will not connect to internet. Called in and scheduled a call with a tech, no one even showed up for the scheduled meeting. Called back scheduled another meeting with another tech. Again no one showed up, this went on for 5 scheduled appointments until I got pissed off and threatened to just return the unit and asked for a full refund. They said they were putting me in direct contact with a tech Robert. I called left voicemail asked for a return call. No return call in three days, started sending text messages, he asked for setting pictures in a return text, then disappeared for a couple days. I started getting more aggressive with sending texts asking for help, a call back, any type of response. Nothing. Save yourself money and a lot of frustration and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Associated or same compnay as Belsee. They will scam you if they can and if you let them! Do Not let them. Open a dispute with your credit card company and make sure you tell them about all the negative reviews. If you happen to actaully get the radio you purchased which comes form china, make sure you let the credit card company that they have a USA california office which si on the website they sell all there products. That si where you send the junk back for a full refund...
