Took them a month after complaining that I wanted a refund, they sent it to me anyways. I bought a return that was marked off a couple hundred dollars. Shouldn't have because after hours of hooking it up twice, there was no audio. SO they resold a faulty unit without testing it. I purchased cool looking firmware for extra $100 that it didn't have. Then they had the gaul to ask me to rate it. Took another week to refund my money after they received it. Customer service service was mostly non responsive and or automated. 3 months of irritation.

Buyers be aware. I Prepaid and purchased a unit over 15 months ago. A wrong unit was sent after a year and after working weeks with their technical support with Emails, pictures and video calls I was told that I need another unit. I requested an immediate shipment on the new unit and they wanted me to pay for another unit until they receive the incorrect unit. I shipped back the incorrect unit and they received it three weeks ago and still can't get an answer on when a replacement unit will be shipped, getting the run around. Still waiting for the correct unit and I will report back when and if I receive it. My vehicle has been taken apart without radio and other controls for over 15 months. Note the unit sent was never installed because it would not power up and had the wrong connections to operate the heating and cooling. I just can't believe the amount of time I have wasted with this company and their product, believe me it is not worth it. Watch for my next report on whether the replacement unit works.

Horrible horrible company stay far away, bought late last year and now they state that it's only a 120 day warranty, problem defective screen stay away

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is run by incompetent individuals who only care about your money. I got my unit a month ago and was not happy with it during the first week. Lots of problems, and I ended up getting a different unit from a different company. Every email I have sent for a refund has been replied with “we did not see an order request” when I sent it three times. They offered to talk to a tech to get it fixed when I told them I want a refund, not a fix on your cheap product. It has been close to a month of trying to reach them to get this refund. Its not like I am trying to refund a $5 product, I spent $600 of my hard earned money for this. Do not buy from this company. Will be taking legal action soon if I do not get a response.

My name is Tim and I been waiting over a year for a radio I paid for in full, but has yet to receive it. I was told to wait almost 10 months and when I check to see if any progress is made. The ticket was closed. Criminal activity is taking place. I will no stop until either I get my radio, refund or justice is made. Money don't grow on trees.

I bought a used vehicle that had a brand new px6 screen installed. the slow glitchy software kept freezing and not working. Android auto only worked once then it quit working as well. I called tech support and they don't help me at all because I don't have an order number. So now I have a $900 paperweight for sale. Never buy this cheap junk it's not worth it!

Stay away from this company! 3 weeks delivery became 13 weeks! they're good at wasting your time and money.

Paid for the product then it took 3 weeks of them trying to get pictures of my dashboard before shipping it. The reason it took three weeks is because their absolutely broken automated support platform. Annnnnnnd the product arrived with about 50% functionality. This is for a 2017 Tundra and when I installed it none of the climate controls work, the audio volume doesn’t work and even though it comes with a clever button programming ability….. alas that was broken too. Now I’ve had this broken POS for 4 months and I cannot get past their pathetic customer support automated email trap. Don’t bother with the phone number. This product clearly has potential and if it worked I would have loved it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
