Very helpful hope engineers figure the last problem ou

Tech did a great job explaining the issue and was quick to resolve.

I recently purchased a 13-inch Android 12 Navigation Radio unit for my car, and I'm happy with it! Although the unit did not come with a manual, I found their after-sales service to be exceptionally helpful. They addressed my issue promptly. So far, the unit has met my expectations, and I'm hoping it lasts a long time!

Anne was very kind and most helpful. She was able to walk me through a minor setting issue.

Get my z link working in my XTS working quickly but no problem very professional and good at what they do thank you

This product was even cooler than I thought it would be. Customer support was great, I myself overlooked a couple plugs and scheduled video calls with them where they had no issues walking me through.

Great customer service very reliable! Result my SIM CARD ISUE very fast.

Jes was great to work with. He had a lot of patience with me, I am 61 so getting a little slower than I used to be on these technical things. He's very knowledgeable and I couldn't have done it without him. Thank you for a great experience.
