Your advertisements leading to a bait and switch scenario is why you have such low ratings. Greedy Cs like you sell a sell a promise and do not deliver. I signed up to watch The Librarians only to find out that all but the finale in season one s available. Very disappointing. Be better, be transparent and stop wasting peoples' time. If I could leave 0 starts I would have. You should be ashamed with your corporate greed.

I am not for sure about why all the bad reviews. I have been with them mostly from the start and very happy with them. Never had a bill issue, app works well for me. I definitely recommend!

They give you the run around when you need a supervisor for your account. There is never a supervisor or they will tell you someone will call you in a hour. It's so frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, way overpriced, barely anything to watch, and got charged even though I canceled my subscription before renewal. Will definitely not be back when I can literally pay to watch 3 streaming services for the price of this one with way better customer service.

Saying shows would be ready for view at subscription then not being ready and pushing back the “upcoming” dates for shows that were produced 4 years ago plus the ads HATE IT do not waste a dime!!!

Philo took away a lot of channels may have to pay a little bit more but I have Went back to Sling blue it offers a lot of channels. Philo sucks!!!
