I found a nice watch online which took me to Phigora and compared with other watch specialists, they were the best. The process was easy and I took delivery within a few days. They also sent a nice bottle of wine as a Thank you. Nice touch.

Very responsive, professional and communicated well. Went the extra mile to order an after market rubber strap for me and installed it for no cost before shipping the watch to me.

the seller did not sell a correct item, it said 3 times that it was an automatic watch, but turned out to be a hand-wound watch. and there was obvious damage, while it said no damage. so not a reliable advertisement. and the solution is to send it back for which I have to pay the costs. I am very sorry that the problem was not resolved properly by the seller.

We take full responsibility for the description error. All Ref. 6694 Oyster Date's are manual hand winding. This is a vintage watch with its original riveted bracelet. When you contacted us we offered you to return the watch for any repair issues or for a full refund. You declined this and opted for a partial refund to keep the watch as is. If you are not happy with the watch you can still return it for a full refund.
