Great company. Pay a little more if necessary to get your watch from them, but most of the time they have better pricing anyway.

I’ve purchased two watches from this company within a single month, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. On my second purchase, there was a delivery mix-up. What mattered most was how it was handled: the team went out of their way to resolve it quickly, professionally, and without excuses. That level of ownership is rare and speaks volumes about how they operate. Yakov, in particular, is a true professional—honest, dependable, and steady throughout the process. Communication was clear, expectations were managed properly, and I always felt like a valued client rather than just a transaction. I plan to continue building my watch collection with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality timepieces paired with exceptional service. This is a company you can trust.

The watch I bought was exactly what they said it was. Great condition. Delivered quickly. I had Rolex double check the authenticity and it all checked out. I trust them.

After a couple of years of searching for a Patek Philippe 6119R, I decided to go with a pre-owned model and found Phigora through extensive searches and reviews. I was purchasing long distance, so was modestly concerned about a purchase without actually holding the piece. Additionally, I wanted to trade-in a 1998 model and Yacov made me a very fair offer for my vintage watch and sourced a 2022 model 6119R. The professional and efficient service was flawless. Fair pricing did not require untasteful back and forth negotiations. Guarantees lessened my apprehension of buying sight unseen other than photos and descriptions. Highest recommendations.
