The best customer service and professionalism I've ever experienced in my life. NO RUNAROUND!!! Good business and great precise work. I'm a very satisfied customer. I strongly recommend their service..

Seraphina is diligent and careful when working towards a goal, and she is able to express her thoughts and conclusions directly and clearly. She is always conscientious of the needs and feelings of other people. She will say what needs to be known, but she will do it tactfully. She is compassionate and discreet when handling delicate issues.

I would recommend Phenix to anyone who needs a private investigator.

Phenix has a solid group of investigators. They are capable of handling any type of investigation, I highly recommend them.

Great team and excellent service.
