Super Bad service, we wait like 50 minutes to be seat, and when finally they gave us a table that was in front of the counter and we could feel the cold weather from outside, we ask to the waitress if she could give us another table wich they have some more beside us she said we had to wait another 40 minutes to be reseated, so very bad for them and we just leave and last time we go there.and if i could give them minus 5 star i will.

My wife and I have been true and faithful consumers at P.F Chang’s China bistro for over 10 years. We were regulars at the Dolphin Mall location @ 11401 NW 12th St Miami, FL 33172. After multiple complaints we decided to ban that location from our visits. Some of the complaints included: • Food being out of temperature (Rice, meat, and soups used to come out cold and even uncooked) • Dirty glassware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the glass) • Dirty silverware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the forks and knives) • Wait times to be seated (we would wait to be seated 30-40 minutes even when there would be more than 10 tables dirty tables to be cleaned and some empty tables) • Outrages serving times (On our last visit we sat 25 minutes before getting up and requesting to speak to a manager regarding the wait) manager confirmed the time we were seated versus the time we complained. She apologized as she knows that we are regulars. With all our other complaints we spoke to other managers. One of them did not even apologize and when about his day. The other manager that did in fact do something about several complaints. Finally decided to ignore our las complaint. Which was a dirty cup. I approached him and let him know what happened. He told me to wait. We ended our dinner and he completely went about his day and waved us out. We decided to go to another location yesterday at Brickell 901 S Miami Ave Miami, FL 33130 hoping that the Dolphins Mall location was just under horrible management. Sure enough it wasn’t. We were shown to our seats. As soon as we settle, I look at my silverware and find 1 of the forks to have a crusted rice and a piece of red pepper stuck to it. I had already ordered drinks and when my coke glass arrived sure enough another crusted piece of food on the glass. I requested the manager and showed him all the dirty utensils. I explained that we moved location due to the same issue and that I now knew that it’s a problem at all P.F. Chang’s locations and that we would not be dining with the franchise any longer. It really sucks because it use to be our favorite restaurant. We rather give our money to another company that is not disgusting like this one has become.

Today, December 31, I ordered $170 in take out food which PF scheduled for pick up at 4:30 pm! This was the Westbury PF CZhangs in New York. Arrived there at 4:25 and was told my food was not ready to give it ten minutes. When a asked to speak with manager she came to speak with me with an attitude like I was wrong. Got my food at 5:00 and told the manager to look for new work because she had absolutely no sense of customer service. They suck and I will stick to my neighbor Chinese restaurant!

My wife and I went out for dinner and cocktails at the pf changs in downtown boston a few weeks ago. Not only was the food delicious, but our server Stacey was helpful, made wonderful recommendations, and made it am all around very memorable trip for us. We both loved the banana spring rolls and the bottle of wine that was chosen as well. We will be back!!

This place is amazing the service is outstanding and the people who work here are so nice and so is the manager

Terrible ! The lettuce wraps which a suppose to be chicken were all water chestnuts ! Very very generic food I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN !

We typically like this restaurant, but our last visit was not great. We are creatures of habit and ordered the same thing we always do, Mongolian beef and orange peel chicken (boring) but we like them. The beef was lukewarm and had no crispy noodle garnish. The chicken tasted fine, but it was tossed with mandarins out of a can or Jar, come on (neither portion nor quality warranted the $16 to $18 price tag) . They gave us a surprise shrimp which I enjoyed, but imagine someone with a shellfish allergy. To top it off, our poor waitress was working her first shift alone in the bar area where they have full service. She was serving about 25-30 people at 5 different tables, flailing, while neither of the 2 managers assisted in any way that I could see. They were having more fun hanging with the other employees who could give them more face time. This was Saturday 12/15 around 6:30pm at the 16th and J St location in Sacramento. Our last PF Chang's experience. The waitress gets bonus points for keeping it together under such circumstances.

Didn't have a great experience here, service was absolutely poor, waiters just ignore you when you try to get their attention, I had to ask a waiter if I can place my order for starters, I was not even asked if I wanted to order my mains after! I ordered a bottle of wine which the waiter didn't even pour in a glass for me, food is way too overpriced for the quality, my squid was rock hard and chewy. There was a couple next to us that just got up and left due to the poor service! Wish I had a better experience and this restaurant because it looked so good on instagram!
