Took my partner here for he’s birthday was both our first time very shocked about bad reviews as I feel like we had pretty good service and quick. Food was very lovely so will definitely recommend. Great flavours compared to your average Chinese so can’t complain. Only downfall was we were seated very close to other people like they were apart of our party and I did request it was a birthday so would have been nice if they could have made effort to welcome us as a birthday welcome or do something extra but either way was still good just tables were high and way too close to other people.

With a disabled husband and an almost 99 yr. old mother it is difficult to go out to eat in a restaurant, so we do take-out quite a bit. Tonight we were disappointed with the fact that brown rice was ordered and we got white. The Korean Bulgogi Steak dinner did not have the onions as pictured. Everything was delicious, but it would have been a better experience if things were packed as requested

Please return Hot and Sour Soup — taking it off the menu is a huge miss — I heard 3 people try to order it and we’re so upset— my husband and I were so disappointed —it was one of the best things you have — we would drive almost 2 hours to the KC Plaza to eat — not sure if when we go back if it is not there — we will pr not return— please reconsider

Where do we start... ? I don’t usually write reviews. But we sat at the bar for drinks and dinner along with the 9 other servers/ bartenders that seemed to be hanging around there chatting / socializing . We ordered drinks.. my husband got his ...I had to ask again for my wine. Again as all servers and bartenders are chatting ... we finally get our dinner ... but they totally forgot 1 appetizer As they sent one with dinnerike that was normal! White rice instead of brown rice... forgot the extra noodles.... Never an apology... just some Blame in the kitchen . Then they try to take away my dinner before i was done. When they brought us out 2 bills from different servers ... we were so over our date night. Love the food . Can’t complain about the taste . Not sure what the heck went wrong tonight

Terrible! Disgusting and made me sick. Service was awful and restaurant empty. Not sure who came in and demolished this brand and menu but this is NOT the of Chang’s I remember. Wouldn’t go now if you paid me 500 bucks.

P.F. Chang’s at Tyson’s Corner in Virginia was once good. In the last months, they have gone to the cheap end. The crispy honey chicken and the crispy honey shrimp had hardly any taste. Someone has changed the menu. The lettuce wrap chicken sauce was soooo salty it was inedible. The prices are the same. Unless I hear it is better, I will never order there again.
