Wow so I called PF Changs to reserve a table for me and my wife for Valentine's day dinner and spoke to the manager Kelly and she made sure we had rose petals and candlelight and a booth for privacy. The food was awesome

We were at the Southlands, Aurora, CO location service was very poor on February 8, 2020 for a birthday. There were 8 of is in our party. The waitress and other staff didn't provide the starters on time. Our main meal didn't have plates and only some of us got our food and others didn't. Our drinks were empty. Their job is to wait on their customers. We need someone to correct this for us. Ridiculous.

It was Valentine's Day and me and the wife went to PF Changes because it's a special day. First of all, it was so cold inside the restaurant, you could have hung meat on the walls. I had to zipper up to try and keep warm. Then the soup was cold. The fried rice use to be a nice size. Not any more. We barely had enough between the two of us. The lettuce wraps use to be the signature item of this restaurant, but it seems they are trying to save money by giving their customers a 1/4 head of lettuce cut in half so the wrap wasn't wrap-able. Then they put the noodles on the bottom and the chicken on the top. The Mongolian beef was also cold and when we told the waiter, he sent the manager. They replaced the dish with a hot plate, but it just wasn't the same. Never going back again.

Ordered shrimp & chicken fried rice combo. Barely any chicken or shrimp, I literally have a huge container full of rice sitting here. Very disappointed in the portions of meat. What the hell am I gonna do with all this damn rice??

This was the final attempt on my end to redeem PFChang Augusta GA. This restaurant has taken a nose dive. The unavailability of oolong tea has occurred on 3 of my 4 last visits. A tab with tip of $260.00 for 4 guests was outrageous for the quality of the food served. The best words to describe the dishes are greasy, salty and slimy. The food actually slides off your plate in a greasy trail when a cut is attempted. The caesar salad was slimy as well. Save yourself the trip and disappointment.

My family and I went to have dinner in the restaurant in Tempe we were sited and the waiter that took our order was mad not paying attention to our order the when he came with our drink I told him my husband asked for strawberry lemonade he said ok mad and grabs my kids cup and takes off my husband gets up and Said let’s go he walked out I asked to speak to a manager Christine was the manager and said plz let me take care of you personally and I will give you a different table I will serve you my self so we deside to eat outside then we had a wonderful time the manager was excellent and the chicken soup was amazing we are frequent customers

First time was excited: Walk in the door four employees at the desk no greet no eye contact. Ordered wine and he ordered sake, received wine good: Sake was not turned on it will take 5 minutes:Okay ordered appetizer received and 3 minutes later our main courses! Really and still no sake. My Beef and brocolli was under cooked could not eat it was rubbery no waitress to be found. His food is cold and we could not enjoy our appetizer. Wait, here come his sake(35 minutes) great she just spilled it more waiting, need water refills not happening either. Never checked on our food bad experience will not return, did find a manager who comp the food and gave us a $25 dollar gift card..Trash Can, but still will not go back. This was the St. Charles, Missouri location. I actually get better Chinese around the corner at the Green Wok. Disappointed waited along time to go even made reservations...For What...NASTY Bad service and we went at 4 pm in the afternoon.

Not very good at all. What did i expect from Con Agra. It taste like their industrial fertilizer. Let big conglomerates do their thing just not with MY food.
