My husband and I took my Son and his girlfriend to PF Changs for his 30th birthday. We ordered drinks and appetizers. The waitress got the entire drink order wrong. She brought us white wine when we ordered red and the other drinks were wrong as well. We waited (no kidding) an hour for the appetizers and they were wrong too!! The waitress even came to the table and said "would you like to order your entree now? My husband said, " well we would like our appetizers first". When we finally got our appetizers she got my son's appetizer wrong. So he had to watch us eat for 15 minutes before he got his appetizer. We told a manager the long wait for the appetizer. The manager came over and took the entree order and finally they got it right but by that time the evening was ruined!! They never brought a birthday dessert or offered to comp at least the appetizers. I will never eat there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

The reservation and ease of being seated was average. I didn't like the position of the table where they seated. I didn't say anything so that part was on me. Like many other restaurants they seat a party of two guest in their small tables which are close to the kitchen noisy and 90 percent of the waite staff have to walk by. The service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The food was a disappointment, I expected a more asian experience. Nothing really had any flavor or spice to it. I ordered a spicy dish and it was mediocre at best. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer and it had some mystery cubed something, and the styrofoam looking ramen noodles were anything but classy or tasty. My thoughts are they are trying to please the local clientele. Not impressed, but the decor of the restaurant was up to date.

Sat down with my wife and 3 kids, the waiter brought water and took our drink and our apptizer order. 20 minutes, no straw for water. Got up at 25 minutes and approached another waiter for the straws... Anyways...... horrible service ! For a restaurant I we love.

I personaly thing their ramen is great. And my waitress was amazing! She was so nice.

My family and I went to eat at PF Chang's In Pleasanton California. We ordered our appetizers and entrees together. Normally when we go out to eat the appetizers come 1st then the entrees come after. At this PF Chang's everything came out together. By the time we ate our appetizer the entrees or cold. They were running a special on on limited fried rice. When we wanted to order another plate it took them 45 minutes and still no fried rice. The sever came over to us and said he was going to bring it out shortly so we decided not to have them bring it we were going to take it home and we are still waiting for them to bring it to us. I have eaten in many PF Chang's restaurant. This is the worst one that I ever been to with service. I Highly recommend not eating at this PF Chang's sevice is horrible.

We are regulars to PF Chang's in Eugene. Not anymore. Food was good as always but the service was horrible. Our waitress was inattentive. We had to ask twice for refills and for dipping sauce we had ordered (we actually stopped other wait staff to help) nor did she check on us. I can understand if you are busy with other tables, but it was at slow with only a few tables occupied in the restaurant, it was just plain bad service. My final straw was when she asked if we wanted boxes,a we agreed, then asked twice more for the boxes. She took it payment without giving us or bill, then we waited and waited whole she socialized with a couple worker. I sent my husband for a manager. Waited and waited. Finally got angry enough that we got up, leaving behind all of our food (at least half of our ordered food). Our waitress saw this and rushed over with our gift card. Then the manager, who was the one she was socializing with stopped me. I told her I didn't want to talk with her since she was part of the problem, that her socializing interfered with her servicers duties. She LIED to me and said they were discussing business. Next time, make sure the customer is not within hearing distance of your conversation. Then the general manager said she never wanted to hijack me, at the same time she is physical preventing me from leaving the restaurant. Nope, won't going back to this PFf Changs. So upset that I even have the remaining gift card with a $25 dollar balance away to strangers as we left the restaurant. Hopefully their experience was better than ours.

Food not too bad but very shoddy service, 45 minutes to receive starters and the restaurant was not even as busy as previous visits. Same problem on previous visits. An hour later the mains have still not arrived, waiters do not seem bothered when spoken to about the poor service either! Would not recommend this place at all!
