Got seated right away and food was brought out very quickly. Everything was very good, and our server shar was absolutely delightful. 10/10 will come back :)

Server was excellent and very knowledgeable. Food could have come a little quicker though. The Miso Salmon was another story. It was a bit over cooked and a bit dry. I love Salmon so I was just a bit disappointed that I cannot brag about the dish I ordered. But I know there's is several dishes that are great. Sushi and lettuce wraps very good. The banana dessert was delicious!

Waited to sit down at the bar for lunch 10 minutes due to dirty dishes. The another 10 for service. Once order was taken I had to ask for my water. Lunch portion very small. I had to ask for sauce. I will not be back. I have given this 3 chances for lunch.

I recently visited PF Changs in Temecula,California. Jamie Whiteman is the manager, and how he has trained his staff is why I am writing this rating. I care for my 91 year old mother who has a small Scottish Terrier as her service animal, so there are many places we cannot go. PF Changs hostess Rebecca and shift manager David as well as server Michelle made every step of our dining experience perfect, including when my mother misplaced her purse. The food was good and each of them kept checking in on us throughout or meal. Well done and thank you Rebecca Stewart

Order today from gallery mall on Walden in buffalo ny. The fried rice was horrible, pepper steak was very very salty and the pork egg rolls had no pork. Very disappointed. Won’t be back ever

We ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken on line tonight. The online menu didn't stipulate weather or not the chicken was breaded so I opted to have the chicken steamed. Little did I know that the chicken was still breaded but steamed. What I received was a sticky mess, coated in breading and steamed. Basically chicken in paste. Never Again, I now understand why all their Pei Wei stores all went out of business in our area.

PF Changs was one of our favorite places to eat and we ALWAYS and only order Salt & Pepper Prawns. Tonight we went for my husbands bd. The prawns were not toasty golden brown but orange. They tasted like hot BBQ sauce was put on them. Even the dipping sauce was hot BBQ flavored and we HATED it!!! ON top of horrible prawns but they went up $3. per plate. I could almost understand price increase because of Covid but to totally change them. We will NEVER go back!!!!

My husband & I ate at P.F. Chang's in Louisville, KY, on 8/22/20. Our waiter, Austin, was attentive and personable...giving us excellent service. To start off, the flavorful chicken lettuce wraps were divine. I ordered the broccoli chicken stir-fry & brown rice, while my husband ordered a rice noodle dish with shrimp and chicken. We loved our full-bodied red wine and both dishes, and I had plenty to take home for a 2nd meal. My husband didn't want to leave anything behind, so he didn't! A lovely evening overall!
