I had chicken fried rice, the veggies were not done and the rice was not cooked properly (crunchy) Pretty tasteless also

Hostess tried to seat us outside the bathroom entrance. when i asked to be seat elsewhere we seated near a entrance area. It took 10 minutes to finally see a waiter and then we were told to use our phones to access the menu. when that didn't work we were given 1 paper menu for the group. I asked to see the manager who came to our table with an attitude. He indicated that since we weren't smart enough to use their digital process we must be ignorant. I then said I was an idiot to even talk with him and we then left the restaurant and had an excellent meal elsewhere. I would not ever spend a plug nickle at this substandard business

This place does have good food I just find it's not so clean and not barely enough room for people to sit but if you like Chinese food like I do the best thing to get is the duck or the bieging duck rice is awesome or just a quarter of a duck the price is kind of high but it's the best thing at almost any Chinese restaurant the duck rice is best

I would have giving it no stars, they are no customer service oriented. We are a family of 7 and the hostess told us that they can not accommodate that number of people and we would have to sit in separate table due to social distancing. We asked them what would be the solution so we can eat together as a family and they said go to another place. That is last time that I go to this restaurant. 0 STARS.

I ordered a late lunch Annapolis Maryland location I'd have to say during this pandemic my order was not only delicious but packaged to perfection. I used door dash Shonta was a excellent delivery person. Kudos to P.F. Chang's Annapolis Maryland.

I use to enjoy PFChangs frequently but something has changed dramatically. I ordered on August 4, 2020 in Oregon and ended up literally throwing some of the food away. Flavors and ingredients both terrible. I got a bite of something moldy in one, and the batter-coated meats included almost no meat--just fried batter. Even the lettuce wraps were barely edible--very, very salty and no other flavor. Where's the sour, where's the spicy? No crunchy rices stick, just wilted stir fried ones. No spring onions, very few water chestnuts.

Yesterday the 31st of July I decided to do the club side pickup. Every item was terrible. I ordered Wanton Carb : Over fried dark red on the edges and smell like old oil reheated multiple times and then throw in a over to keep the crisp part. Fried Rice : Terrible taste all the vegetable came in all sizes some broccoli where so big that I had to cut in small pieces and some onions and carrots were also bug size. Tasted like stale rice. Spicy Chicken : Terrible again the sauce was old and very less I mean VERY LESS and I really mean VERY VERY LESS.... and tasted terrible. The Chicken pieces where again not moist very dry and tasted like something was wrong ... It costed me little over $60 but I know I can make much better food at home and I am not comparing the reason we try to eat out only because at times we want to enjoy some tasty food outside but here I think I should have donated that $60 to some one needy and cook a better food for my family. I use to love the restaurant but lately it is getting bad to worst. I am not sure if I will ever go back again.

I read the reviews and everyone was like it 'awesome' and 'amazing'. I was really excited to get food from here but when we ate like dude it was such a rip off. I normally don't like to complain but the food was really bad like really bad and i am not kidding. But you know what the dessert wasn't bad its was pretty okay.
