I purchased a $50.00 gift card for a Christmas gift and yet to receive it although it says on confirmation that it has shipped. I called customer service and she was rude, rude and rude! " Just have to wait". Didn't even look up my order to check it. Very disappointed and will NEVER get another PFChang gift card. There is not a restaurant here or near by but one where my son is located and they go quite often. Only reason I purchased on line. Rudeness made this decion never to purchase or recommend PFChangs.

The Mongolian beef price is $19.50 extra three dollars for upgrade to fried rice without vegetables you can count the veggies was like brown rice to me really dissatisfied because of the amount of the food for the price. I went for lunch time.

A group of us entered PFChangs in Appleton, Wisconsin only to be greeted by a hostess wearing a BLM bracelet. We decided to leave. We are tired of being reminded of political ideoligies and opinions supported by business. Loved to go before they had to make their statement. Don't go there if you are a free thinker.

Horrible experience, took forever and not the food that I ordered.

Felt like 50 degrees inside dining room (omaha location). Had to eat with coat on and mask. Felt in a hurry just so we could get out to car to warm up. Also, chicken in the fried rice was like chewing on an old boot.

I bought the frozen drunken noodles an it was horrible would never buy again wasted my money😔

My wife and I visited PF Chang’s this afternoon. We both had the Mongolian Beef and rice bowl, pot stickers. The beef was tough to chew and the white rice was dry and not the ordinary sticky white rice. Our experience was disappointing. This was our first and most likely our last visit. First off, the prices are insane the quality of the food and the prep was deplorable for such a restaurant that gives one the impression of an upscale establishment. It’s hard to screw up steamed rice but they managed to do just that.

PF Chang in Nanuet, NY provided an awesome birthday dinner for all of us. The crab won-ton appetizers were delicious! All dinners were exceptional too! My husband and I had the mongolian beef and our daughters enjoyed the honey shrimp and chicken meals! The chocolate cake dessert was delicious too! We look forward to going back soon!
