We ordered carryout from the Beachwood Ohio PF Changs. My wife ordered the Kung Pao shrimp with brown rice MEAL, I ordered the crispy honey chicken with white rice bowl. The nearest PF chang to us is close to 20 miles away. When we got home we discovered that the brown rice for my wife's meal was missing. We had no time to go back so I called the restaurant to let them know. When I told them they forgot to put the rice in with her meal and that we traveled 40 miles round trip to get the meal and we had no time to come back because I work 2nd shift, their response was "well the rice is free with the meal anyway". Are you kidding me? What an asinine response. It's a PART of the meal. Its NOT free! They told me they would send me a $10: gift card. I told them the Kung pao shrimp meal (not the bowl, THE meal) cost more than $10. Their response was they would send a gift card to my email by end of day. That was 2 days ago, I'm still waiting for gift card. I'm still amazed that anyone would tell you a part of a meal that you order is FREE when in reality it's a PART of what makes it a meal.

We had a terrible experience. The lettuce wraps were cut wrong and the filling was burnt, we didn't eat it, they took it off of our ticket. The sampler appetizer had edamame that was too tough to eat, crab ragoons that were too hard, spring rolls that were soggy, and potstickers that were barely edible. My duck was dry and tasted bad, I did not eat it they took it off the ticket. My mother's noodle were hard and rubbery. The replacement orange chicken was good but clumped together. The fried rice was mushy and bland... way overcooked. I was charged $75.00 for a terrible meal. I feel like I could have gotten a better meal from the frozen section.

Today i got food from fairfax pf changs. They gave me wrong items and food is not fresh

Waited over 50 minutes for a togo order. The guy in the front did absolutely nothing but stare at the computer screen

I walked in Chattanooga Tennessee PF Chang’s at 6:15 and was told that it would be maybe an hour wait. Waited until 7:15 to walk back in and they told me 10-15 more min. Then I walked back in at 7:45 because I still hadn’t received a text message to come in. When I walk in they told me it was going to be a 20 min wait still. Overall terrible customer service!!

Yesterday I ordered a meal online at the Watters Creek location in Allen, TX, for pick-up. I was staying at a hotel across the street while my power was out. When I went to pick up my order, the person handling the call-in orders so he was busy. The young man behind the bar took over and helped me. I was there when the estimate in the email they sent me but my order wasn't ready. So I asked to order a second meal, since I didn't know when the power would be fixed. Louie Coly took good care of me and he hustled and got me my order. In the meantime we chatted. He said he came to work because so many others couldn't get there. He had a time trying to get there. But he was the only manager there. He was working hard and keeping things going. So I enjoyed my visit and the food was so good that I came back the next day for another round of sesame chicken! Yum! Promote that young man!

Valentines day with my reserved spot at P.F. Changs was amazingly terrible. When arrived they tried to sit us in the isle. Sitting there with people constantly walking behind you was not what I would call a romantic dinner. when I asked the hostess to give me and wife another seating in which was available she refused. I made reservations to another establishment,

Ordered curbside. My husband and I ordered steak, fried rice and lo mein. Spent over $60. The food was terrible. The lo mein was bland. 1 piece of steak and the rice was not the greatest. Not enough food for 2. Still the food was so terrible, we hardly touched it. Never again
