Too say it was average would be a overstatement. It is like buying frozen Chinese food at a grocery store and heating it up in the microwave but it’s about a third of the cost at the store. Had to try it but know better now.

I did take out. The restaurant assigns pick up time. It should be tailored to their capacity. To not do so is unfair to servers and very poor management. And results in a Libby full of angry people

I went there 1/17/2001 waiter Max was horrible!!!! We asked for water when we sat down, we never got it. He ignored or request. Never came back to see if we had received our order as request. Our ribs was sent to us cold and could not get him to the table to get our ribs warmed. When he did get back to us we asked for our bill and did not tip him. He was a horrible waiter. He need to be trained. This wasn't a good evening for me at this restaurant I love going to. Max the waiter would make you not want to go back, but there are other really good waiters and waitresses there that are good at what they do. But Max stay away from my next visit.

me and my husband went for this first time. we had a great meal and our sever " Luke" was Excellent. will come back. we ordered the signature sampler Mongolian beef fried rice chilean sea bass, and mandarian crunch salad .cy husband had a blue moon,, I drink h2o. nice experience for our first time. kudos to Luke and his attention to us. will come back. happy holidays....

I recently visited the FT. Myers location for my first time ever at a P.F. Changs. I didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Lindsey was my server and she was so pleasant, cheery and very professional. I listened to her explain the menu and she helped my pick a wonderful meal. I will definately be back.

I visited the palm beach garden location and I must say I was disappointed. I ordered food to go and my order came to $53.50. After I got home I noticed that I did not receive everything that I purchased. I called and spoke with one of the servers who placed me on hold to get a manager- needless to say I was on hold for 30 minutes. I got frustrated and hung up because I realized it was pointless waiting and it was making me even more frustrated for the extended period I was on hold for. I would like to be refunded for the shrimp fried rice I paid for and did not receive.

PF Chang’s Tysons Galleria is excellent. Part of the experience is my favorite server/bartender KJ. He is awesome! He remembers the customers when they come in and he makes the best Mai Tai. He makes excellent food suggestions too.

However busy, the bartender couldn't tend to the bar AND 3 tables, one of which we were dining at. He took our order and never came back to check on us or our drinks. I'm not blaming Taylor for poor management. This was my husband's birthday tonight we will not NOT be coming back. It's the manager Laura's fault for not negating someone else to help with the 3 tables included in the bartenders responsibilities.
