I have had Pfaltzgraff dinnerware for…
I have had Pfaltzgraff dinnerware for years, particularly the Tea Rose set. I ordered some replacement pieces and I received multiple plates and bowls with black marks on them like ink smudges and a large black spot about the size of a pencil eraser. I ordered a double handled soup bowl that was dented and deformed. I contacted Pfaltzgraff who then asked me to send pictures. I sent multiple pictures from my iPhone and they responded by saying that they could not open the pictures and I would have to send another set of pictures under JPEG format, which I did. They then emailed me back saying that they could not open those pictures because they were too big and then I needed to send smaller pictures. After that, they sent me another email saying they did get the pictures and they did not think that the marks I was referring to were “defects” rather “imperfections from production”, so now I have to repackage all of the stuff up and send it to them for a refund instead of them just replacing the items. In addition to this debacle with the defective marks on the products they sent me, I compared the new dinnerware to the old dinnerware, and the new dinnerware actually appears very faded compared to my older set. The new dinnerware actually appears to be the worn/older set. Pfaltzgraff is trash and I would not recommend buying anything from them unless you can see it first before purchasing.
