good collars
I have bought more than 10 collars form Pettags, all with embroidered names and phone numbers. The service is good and the quality is excellent.

Been buying them for years
I have been buying these personalized collars for years. My Lab is a swimmer, but the collars last for years, even in the chlorinated water. I love these because I don't like the sound of the metal tags, but these have our phone number on them, just in case our dogs get out. Just bought a hot pink for my Lab and a brown for my Chihuahua. Adorable and well made!

Quality tags
I was really happy with these tags. I bought one for each of my three dogs. They are strong and durable. The only detail I did not like is that I wish I could have had more room for info on the tags.

Excellent product and quick shipment!
I've purchased cheaper embroidered collars but PetTags are just better! You can't go wrong with them.

buying three collars
I bought three monogrammed collars for Christmas because I have bought four collars in the past. I wouldn't have bought three more if had not been 100% satisfied on the two previous times. A pleasure to do business with them and the products are worth their price. I will recommend them to all who need this service.

Cat collar is too wide - not what I was looking for
Sorry, I have ordered previous cat collars with name and phone numbers, but they were 3/8" in width, not 1/2" which is too big for my cat. The size I received was more for a small dog. The blue listed is a very bright turquoise, not what I envisioned from the swatch as a light blue, but I just state this to alert others. I have no issues with the embroidery. The plastic latch was quite hard to latch and I am not going to use the two that I ordered. I can't even get one of them to latch. I am really looking for a personalized collar that has a bit of give to it...usually a small bit of elastic connecting two pieces. I can't seem to find ones that I have ordered before that have worked well. There were no issues in ordering.
