printed collar
I saw the collar at the dog park and thought what a great idea. The owner directed me to PetTags.com. I couldn't wait to order one. I placed the order. Wow a personalized collar at no more than a collar at the pet superstores. It was delivered quicker than I had imagined. Found out it was really embroidered so her name and my phone number will always be on her neck. A quality personal collar, reasonably priced and delivered fast. I will recommend this to anyone. I think all pets should have them. You know the pet name right away. Great idea.

OK, but not the best.
The tags I got were ok, but have gotten them at pet stores and had better value. Shipping and handling was large part of problem. Also got more ON the tag (both sides) with ones purchased at pet store. The little light I purchased lasted a day--the batteries fell out somewhere. It wasn't a bad experience, just not optimal.

Great product/great company
I was glad to have found PetTags.com online. I used to get order forms from my vet but I moved and my new vet doesn't have promotional products in her waiting room. It wasn't a big deal until I got a new puppy and needed a new tag. The ones at the pet stores just aren't the same. This is the BEST quality tag and lasts forever. The only reason I had to replace the one on my older dog was because we moved and the address was no longer valid. LOVE THEM!!!
