Ordered the small bone tag for my dog. Love it! Looks great. In fact, just ordered a tag for my cat! :)

I have used pettags before and have always been happy with their product and timeliness of service.

The pet tag itself was OK. Not great. The name of the pet was much smaller than I expected. There was plenty of room on the tag, but they used the same small font size as for the phone number on the line below, so if your phone number is long, your pet's name will be in very small print. However, PetTags started sending me unsolicited email _every_single_ day_ after I placed my order, even though I had deselected the mailing list option (it was on by default) during the ordering process. Even worse, clicking to be removed from those mailings doesn't work. You get no confirmation that you've been removed, and the SPAM just keeps coming. After three attempts to be removed from the mailing list, I had to call to complain, and after one more SPAM email, the mail flow has now finally stopped. Ignoring customers' requests in this regard is completely unacceptable, and let's face it: Once you've ordered a tag for your pet, how likely is it that you're going to order another one any time soon? (e.g. a special pet tag for Presidents' Day or Valentine's Day?) It will never happen, until the tag is lost or you get a new pet many years later. So why on earth are they going hyper-aggressive and sending you email every single day? It's just bizarre. I will never order anything from PetTags.com ever again, and you should save yourself from the hassle and order a pet tag from someone else instead. Anybody else must be better.

Ordered tag for my dog. I was able to fit a ton of information on both front and back. Lots of options for color, size and shape. Tag arrived within 3 days of ordering and looks perfect. Thank you.

I am on my third personalized collar for my dog. He gets a new one every other year so he looks good. This year I bought the matching collar and leash. I was surprised that the leash is also personalized. Such a good deal. We travel a lot and although Rufus is now 7 years old and sticks close, it is a relief to know if he does wander away, his name and my contact information is there on his collar. I would really love to be able to get a two or three inch wide collar as my Royal Standard Poodle is a big guy and has a long thick neck. The service was excellent, delivery was quicker than I expected.

The only communication they sent was asking for this review, they otherwise have not responded to my emails, and I have not received my shipment, nor been sent a tracking number, or any other communication that tells me they have sent anything. They did however, not hesitate to instantly process my payment.

Not the same quality as previous orders in the past. Will not be using the tag I ordered for my dog, very hard to read the numbers and letters. Did recieve the tag quickly though.
