PETTAGS.COMReviews of pettags.com

I ordered the tags that slide onto the collars. They should be curved a little to fit better. The engraving was a tad smaller than I would prefer.

Very good products and of all information was etched accurately. Also no shipping issues. Tags arrived in the time that was stated. I will for sure do business with them again.

I've been ordering tags from you since I was 15 years old. I started the: "name" phone Needs Meds Reward Your tags are the BEST your website NEVER WORKS so for years I have had to call. No messages are EVER returned.

Great tags for the price. The color I selected online ended up being out of stock after I submitted my order. Low and behold I got an actual phone call from the company letting me know this asking if I wanted another color! Now that's great customer service. I am very happy with my purchase and the company.

I have ordered from PetTags for years. They are reliable and I have never had a single problem with their product.

Nice job on the name tags for my two cats. The tie dye backing is very stylish!

I love these tags. They look fantastic. Quality is impeccable. They look adorable on my cats. Substantial but not so much as to be a burden to the cat. My only critique is I wish they didn't attach with an "S" hook - I hate having to get out the pliers for my cats' collars.

I had ordered a tag for my dog about 3 years ago, shortly after I adopted him. The lettering was large and easy to read, his name being legible from a few feet away. The print on the new tag is so small that I can't read it, even up close without my glasses. Even with them, I'd have to physically be holding the tag in my hand to be able to read it. I also used a coupon code, which was not applied. Sorry, I was hoping to be able to write a very different review.
