PetSwagReviews of petswag.com

Petswag has very high quality and unique products for your dog. I have bought two beds and collars. The customer service is incredible. I have recommended this site to many friends.

I ordered a dog bed for my chihuahua. Someone from Petswag called me to tell me the color I wanted wasn't available right away, and asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted to choose another color and he'd get it shipped right away. I've never had a company call like that before -- usually you just wonder where your stuff is, then you go online to check status and see it's on backorder, and they never tell you and it's a huge hassle to change your order. Will definitely order from them again.

I bought the Sleepypod air carrier for my maltese -- and it is exactly as described. Customer Service was professional, quick and courteous. Delivery was within a few days and in the interim I received order confirmation and ship date.

I placed my order and before the day was out I has a confirmation of the order, confirmation it was ready to ship and that it had shipped. The price I paid was better than any other online site and I got the product in TWO days, faster than anything I have ever ordered from anyone else online, and because I spent over 100 bucks I got it shipped free and insured for free. Product arrived perfectly. Awesome service, will shop again!!

After looking at several car harnesses for my dog, I went with the Sleepypod Clickit. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Good quality, fast delivery. What's not to like. Thanks.

PetSwag, made the order process easy and fast. The items that were purchased were neatly packed, and looked great. Every time I reached out to customer service, they're always willing to go above and beyond to help out. Would highly recommend them and would def do more business with them.
