PetsVet SupplyReviews of petsvetsupply.com

Well designed and was easy to install. It shipped and arrived fast. It looks durable and definitely more stable than other products. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is the color. Black and dark gray (the other option) are terrible colors. They get hot in cars during the summer and can make your pet suffer. If this was in a cream/eggshell/beige/some other off white color that would be much better. Yes it would show dirt more, but the purpose is to keep it from ruining the car seats. Who cares if these get dirty? Take it out, hose it off, let it dry, put it back in. If it's stained? No big deal.

My product was damaged upon arrival. I requested a refund and a return mail label to return the item. After a few emails back and forth your company would only send a new item instead of a refund. They also did not want the damaged item returned. I accepted the new item instead of a refund. With that said, I am satisfied that your company did make this right. Jay was very professional and answered every email I sent. Thank you for your great service!
