Item was not shipped for a month. Company would not answer phone calls or emails. They only shipped after I filed a dispute with PayPal. I wish there was a zero star rating. Their products are all available from other vendors, so do not use this one. One month is far from the promise to ship in 1-2 days.

I ordered the full bundle from this company and it took forever for it to ship and receive it. Then I still to date have not received all of my order. I have emailed, called and tried to reach out every way I can and they do not respond. What ever you do do not order from this company they do not respond and you will lose your money.

I ordered a backseat protector mor than 2 weeks before moving out of state, thinking this would allow ample time for delivery since many reviews on website cited fast shipping. The item didn't ship for over a month and so arrived at my old address. I ordered a UPS p shipping label and pickup there but UPS refused to ship it because the package was in such rough condition. So I still don't have my order 6 weeks after payment. All along this process I tried calling and emailing Petsvet and they are completely ghosting me with zero response.

Scam alert I have contacted this company many times I have contacted him through their Web request online on their website. I have contacted them several times by email. I have called several times and left messages. If you purchase something by them -if you do get it -you’ll never be able to return it because nobody will ever respond. I feel like this was a scam. There is one just like this for $50 on Walmart website. This doesn’t even provide full coverage on the backseat.

Broken zipper within the first couple of uses. Asked for a new product that works and no reply from customer service. Three emails and one call, still no response. Don’t buy from this company.

I ordered a K9 cruiser. That seems to be as advertised. My concern is not with the product but with the total lack of customer service. I attempted to contact the company multiple times by email and phone messages with no reply. My delivery address was confused with the billing address. I was concerned that this was a scam and contacted the card company to cancel payment. They definitely do mot ship within 24 hours. It was 2 weeks before receiving it. I will not order from them again.

Had a zipper break during the first week of use. Reached out to the customer service asking if it was covered by the warranty. Heard nothing. Don’t waste your time or money.
