It sets up very easy. Would prefer to have more cushion. It is rather stiff. We had to add a dog bed on top. But our dog really enjoys the added space it gives.

Already done.

Missing one of my items and was not notified.

Product is good. Instructions were not that great for install. Tracking on order was not good. Sent a note about where part of my order was and never received a reply also tried to call no answer

The seatbelt straps are too short. They were longer in the previous iteration- thankfully I still have those. The opening for the seatbelts is a welcome- and obvious addition, though the Velcro closing is weird with the straps. This iteration also does not have a second layer that is removable for a quick shake out.

Not quite big enough and could use more cushion. But overall nice quality.

Product was very well made and fit was perfect. delay in shipping was terrible.

This carrier is great for our poodle. It keeps our truck clean and gives her a sense of peace and comfort. The only bad thing is the zipper is already broken on the side. Now we can’t unzip the side to let her out. We’ve only had the product a few weeks and have used it about 6 times.
